We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

United Arab Emirates Orders

For orders delivered within the United Arab Emirates, returns, exchanges, and refunds are handled in accordance with our Return and Refund Policy and applicable UAE consumer protection laws.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition in which it was received, including its original packaging. Proof of purchase or order confirmation may also be required.

For hygiene, quality, and safety reasons, perfumes that have been opened, sprayed, used, damaged after delivery, or altered in any way are not eligible for return or exchange due to a change of mind, except where otherwise required by applicable UAE law.

If you receive an incorrect, damaged, or defective product, please contact ZIKRIYAT as soon as possible after receiving your order. Please provide your order number along with clear photos or videos showing the issue.

Once the issue has been reviewed and approved, we will arrange an appropriate replacement, exchange, or refund, as applicable and in accordance with UAE consumer protection requirements.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

7. FAILED DELIVERY ATTEMPTS
The courier may contact the customer using the mobile number provided with the order.
Customers are responsible for being available to receive the order or coordinating delivery directly with the courier where necessary.
If delivery cannot be completed after the courier's permitted delivery attempts, the order may be returned to us.
